Possibly the best car buying experience I have had so far.... I was looking for a used F150 and inquired about one via there website within minutes I was contacted by a employee from Jones Ford. I spoke to a John Bolton, this salesman was polite and patient. He called when I was available to speak and didn't constantly call 4-5 times a day like another dealership (Midway Nissan). When I had the time to look he showed me the available vehicles and I test drove the one I was interested in. After realizing it was what I was looking for, I went through the most truthful and honest process I have ever experienced at a dealer. Long story short, I told Mr. Bolton the price I wanted to pay monthly and he came back and explained that he could do that and include everything I wanted (GAP insurance, extended warranty, etc). Which as most of you know turns into a bait and switch once you begin speaking to finance, but no, what Mr. Bolton said I would pay was what I was actually going to pay. Let me say Mr. Bolton is the best salesman I have ever dealt with and Jones Ford is lucky to have him as an employee. As far as the dealership itself is concerned, they have a great selection, professional employees, and not to mention prior to leaving the mechanics noticed some minor issues with the Interior that I failed to notice and ford has me scheduled to repair them. Usually car buying is a miserable experience of constant phone calls and back and forth wheeling and dealing but Jones Ford and John Bolton made it an enjoyable experience.
