This review is for the service department. I purchased my car out of state, so I am unable to give my thoughts on sales. I do know that Subaru is more casual on car selling; they want people to look at the cars without feeling hassled into buying, so they let people browse and test drive independently. It's just their business model, not laziness or lack of caring.
I have brought my car here multiple times for oil changes and maintenance. I have had zero issues. The service department is excellent; and the two reps I have worked with, Cory and Dan, have always been calm and professional. My appointments have always been on time, and service is completed with no issues. This location does get busy on certain days (Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays mostly). Overall, I like it here.
