I found a floor model chair and ottoman. Could not decide whether to buy or not. It was a floor model and was not returnable. Came back several times to look at it. Each time I came back, the price was reduced. Not a lot, but week by week as it sat on the floor. The sales people are not on commission--but there are many of them, and all very helpful.
I was helped by many wonderful salespeople, but Michelle was really great. I bought the chair--love it.
