I've had as many or more negative experiences at this location and other Exchange locations as I have positive. In general, their prices are comparable to ebay for video games, both Classics and games for more modern systems. I've purchased perhaps a half dozen defective games over the years. I don't expect the employees to test every single title but the return policy is terrible. Defective merchandise must be returned to the location where it was purchased. I've also noticed bootleg Pokemon GBA games priced as though they are authentic. I suspect this is just due to ignorance rather than malice. They do have a large amount of LPs, CDs and movies, so perhaps it's worth visiting for music and other non-gaming media. If you are shopping for games, you are better off visiting Video Game Connection or James Games, or if those two don't have what you are looking for, eBay
