Nice job by Steve with doing the brakes on my 2014 Rogue. I had the brakes done about a week ago before posting this review to make sure that I was satisfied with the results. The cost of the full brake job (rotors and pads replaced) was below the average of other places that I have reached out to. The owner, Carter, reached out to me and gave me a great estimate and responded very quickly to all of my questions. What is important to me as well is whether any business that I work with does background checks on their employees and Carter assured me that they do. I certainly hope that all businesses understands the importance of doing so. Overall, the experience rates a 4 star (it could have easily been a 5 star) since there were a couple of hiccups...one, the front pads were the wrong pads that were given to Steve and he had a tough time finding them at different providers on several different trips. With that, the length of time it took to complete the job went from under 2 hours to almost 6 hours, if not more. What got my review up to a 4 star was Steve communicating with me what was going on and not avoiding me and stalling the process. And the brakes come with a 12K, 12 month warranty so that helped too. Now after driving to and from CA, the brakes have performed as expected and no squeaking or road noise. I will continue to use Anyplace regardless of what happened since part of the extended wait time was not directly caused by them.
