I paid him to install whole-house filtering system and RO beneath the kitchen sink.
Generally good work. No leakage after installation.
What made me really unhappy:
1. He carelessly cut the flow regulator from the tube in RO system which caused loud noise during re-generation. I had to buy another one (the flow regulator) online from the manufacture.
2. He planned (carelessly) wrong for the whole house filtering system so that the pre-filter was right above one major power outlet on the wall. When we need to replace the filter (twice a year) inside the pre-filter, the spilt water may go into that outlet.
3. Still due to the wrong plan, he did not leave enough space for us to remove the pre-filter for replacement. When I asked him for solution (fix), he said I could disconnect the pipe blocking the pre-filter EVERY TIME, and on this issue, he commented "if that what has to be done then do it.".
It should have been a five star as the connection looked good. Two star for the trouble he had brought to me.
