As I love the smoothies here, I give them 5 starts for those. But my latest experience was definitely not the best. I came in at 9:35 wasn't greeted, and waiting for 26 minutes for the little girl to acknowledge me and then take my order. The place was a mess and seemed like she was the only one working. I understand you're busy but at least let me know you'll be right with me. Jeez. She came up to the register and didn't bother asking me what I wanted and gave me an attitude. I told her what I wanted and gave 0 tip for her being so rude. I honestly think by how busy this place gets, there should be more people working and with better personalitities.
It took me about 35 minutes to get a smoothie. Wow.
