*This review is only speaking to the conference room.* I recently attended a conference here. It is a newer building. The parking lot was spacious and the location was right across from many restaurants and shopping in the heart of Ballantyne. The lobby was inviting and the staff was very helpful in directing me to the conference room. It was spacious, offered a projector and large projector screen. They do provide catering services. However, the chicken was dry as was the broccoli and carrot medly. The salad had a nice presentation and was tasty. They did a nice light breakfast and it was very adequate for the business conference. They have a sidewalk around the whole building that I was able to enjoy on my lunch break. Way to go!
