Our company had 3 laptops that would not get to the desktop screen. This company offered free diagnostics for them to come to our location which I thought it was super convenient, I had called 2 other places and they wanted at least 100 to come out for a diagnosis, we didn't really want to let the laptops leave our facility due to network security issues. Vellve Systems came out and performed a brief diagnosis, they offered to take the laptops back to their shop but like I said , we couldn't do that for security reasons . The next day they came back with all parts needed and fixed them on the spot, they hooked them all up to these network again. Jim was very professional and knowledgeable, we will use them from now and on . I'm still surprised they didn't charge anything to come out.
