I purchased a "luxurious 75-minute champagne signature spa pedicure and 20-minute mini-manicure" for myself and my sister in law hoping we could go together and enjoy. Well, I would definitely not use the word luxurious to describe the experience. First, I could not book the services together as there is only one nail technician...this would have been nice to know before the purchase. Regardless, I made my appt and was looking forward 75 minutes of pampering, Instead I was greeted by a lackluster salon. I sat in a makeshift pedicure chair that included a task desk chair and back pain afterward. My choice of nail polish was vetoed by the technician who figured she had a better idea of what I wanted...got a kick out of that. Also no champagne...the liquor license police shut that one down months ago, but I was offered another non alcoholic beverage. Bottom line- the pedicure was fine (I could do without the back pain however) but would rather pay $20 bucks at my usual spot.
