Employees are watching football on their ipads. I spent 20 minutes having to call customer service from the store, to confirm that I could get a new phone since mine was stolen. Abby the store manager proceeded to tell me to hang up because she would take care of it. Followed by her telling me that I have to spend $100 dollars in accessories so she can MAKE UP THE COST of a new device because I'm getting out of my contract 2 months early. This was already approved by customer support, didn't know we were extorting customers now! She also said that anything that customer service tells me on the phone, they won't honor in the store! She took the phone she brought out back to the storage room, and made me call customer service again, wait 20 more minutes, and order the phone from them on 3 day delivery. I AM OUT OF PHONE FOR 3 DAYS OF AN INCOMPETENT, SLEAZY STORE MANAGER. Unacceptable.
