We were hungry and we were craving some Japanese food. Used my handy dandy Yelp mobile app to locate a nearby place to eat. I-Naba seemed to have good reviews. It's located in a small plaza with a small parking lot.
It was probably a sign for us to leave when it took them 20 minutes just to seat us - it really wasn't that busy there were 3 empty tables when we arrived. Is it so hard to just say, "welcome please have a seat here"? We could've just seated ourselves really.
It took over an HOUR for the food to be served. How long could it possibly take to whip up some cold soba noodles and tempura? Ridiculous. By the time we got our food we couldn't even enjoy it. Waste of time!!
I don't know how this place has such good ratings. I agree that the food is authentic and healthy etc. But the service and wait time alone is not worth it.
