He came to give an estimate and broke part of my salt cell head using metal channel-lock pliers on plastic parts. Then he proceeded to try to sell me a new one, claiming the Arizona sun had made the plastic brittle. I'd opened it for years by hand without issue. Now I have to fix what he broke because I can't run my pool pump until I do or water will leak everywhere.
