This company is a complete joke.Purchased TV from RC Willy With extended warranty TV went out.RC Willey called these jokers to come fix it .They called today and asked if I could help their Employee with the TV.After i explained to the young lady that i was disabled And unable to help they actually ask if I can have a neighbor come and help their employees do their job .This company is obviously out of touch with reality and customer service .And what does it say about RC Willey and their extended warranty we have to pay extra for a warranty and then help do the work bad bad bad company.
