Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I returned a demo racquet, and "Don" basically started yelling at me because it was 2 days late apparently. It was never communicated to me how long I could demo the racquet, and they had all of my contact information if it was that important. I even tried to apologize, but Don just interrupted me over and over. It was actually pretty hilarious, but I would never step foot in this store again.
