Nathan in the service department is a top notch asshole. He will make very inappropriate comments and then try's to kiss your ass all at the same time. I've been servicing my car here for years but I am never going back to this Toyota again. I just came in for a recall and ended up paying $500 because apparently my "airbag light" was on before I came in (which it definitely was not) and while fixing my passenger airbag had nothing to do with this. I call bullshit. After dealing with the manager Cory I made another appointment to come back and get my other airbag fixed (with a discount) Nathan kept making nasty comments and talking down to me. Worst experience ever. Will never return here and I do not need to be contacted, just want everyone to understand what's to come when getting your car serviced by this snake.
