Absolutely appalling and despicable service from the front office staff. They never send reminders about appointments and do not call to tell you about the appointment, either. They charged me twice for a missed appointment fee. One of the times was their error because I rescheduled and they didn't cancel the first appointment in the system. Then my next appointment, no call and no reminder in the mail. I missed my appointment that time. I called the office and spoke with Priscilla. She advised me that the office had my old, non-existent phone number on file as the primary number (which I had told them multiple times I did not have), and then they had my primary listed as my work number, which I don't even have a work number. Priscilla advised that the front office staff should ALWAYS call to remind people about their appointments, and since they called my non-existent number, I never was notified. I received a very snippy call today from Carolyn, who, by the way, has always been extremely rude ever since I started going to this office. I advised her that her tone and demeanor was unprofessional. Her exact words were "I don't care if I'm pleasant or not." I stated that her customer service was appalling and she was very rude. Did not raise my voice or cuss. Her exact words "It's rude to miss your appointment." I am in absolute disbelief at how a medical office can and will function this way. I called back and spoke with Julie, who was also unprofessional. As someone who works in the customer service industry, the way that the office allows the front office to conduct business and speak to customers is absolutely diabolical. If you don't have customers, you don't have a business. I highly advise anyone who is thinking of visiting this office to reconsider. They are downright rude, insulting, lack professionalism, and are the most discourteous front office staff I have ever experienced in my life.
