The place looked cute...but...they had nothing we drove there for. There are zero desserts and pastries. And the milk listed on the menu, coconut milk, is unavailable. The blonde woman came across as grumpy, rude, blunt, or just irritated by us? I don't know. In yelp, people asked if there were pastries. Answer was yes. Reality...nope. On yelp, it states raw food desserts. Nope. And the woman made us feel stupid for even asking, when we first walked in. She told us we had the wrong place. Originally, this place was mentioned in a vegan blog, regarding their desserts. Then cross checked in yelp. So multiple sources. They are listed as acai bowls, smoothies, coffee, raw food desserts, etc on yelp. So maybe that whole thing rubbed the woman wrong? So no biggie...trying to salvage the trip and support them anyways. Wanted to order a tea latte with milk. Asked for a green tea. Then looked at the menu, and chose the listed coconut milk, of the 3 milks. They each are listed as $1 addition. Cool! Bluntly told they don't carry coconut milk. No other explanation. I looked up at the menu confused...And said...So you're just out today? We only have two milks. Sooo...you just haven't taken it off the menu? Then she finally explained they rarely have it because it expires quickly. -sigh- So I tried to order a drink. Didn't work out. Wasted a trip driving across the valley for this place.
