Pathetic customer service! I've been going to this store for years, since it was Food 4 Less, but the last three times I went, once in the morning and twice at night, they only had those self service check outs available. Instead of the clerks working all store hours, they have the customers ring up and bag their own groceries. Tonight they had clerks when I went in, but not when I was checking out. I almost left my cart and walked out. I hate those stupid things and will never use them again. I guess I'll see if Albertson's knows anything about customer service!
