I am cautious and apprehensive to say the least and knew already what would most likely happen. The team from front to back was seamless and operation is well polished. They did there best to put me at ease and I noticed immediately there concern for my level of pain.
Being in the customer service business I would say they covered the main concerns upon entering, treatment, cost, payment plan, comfort and what would happen the day of my initial visit.
