I purchased a battery with a three year warranty at another location a year ago and it started giving me trouble and the car wouldn't start. I got a jump start and came to this location as it is the closest (15 minutes) location from my home.
I explained that I have a battery warranty and after they looked up my purchase they went to check the battery. They saw that there was a small leak and immediately started replacing it for free. He worked quickly and was very friendly. Great customer service.
