I came to North Hills Toyota as I was browsing dealerships along McKnight Rd. They are the worst dealership of them all. I told them my budget was $10,000, and not a penny more. They didn't have anything close, I understood, and TRIED thanking the sales person for his time. This dealership is aggressive to a fault and told me they could work a deal, so I stayed to hear them out. I actually liked the car I looked at, but didn't want to waste their time since we were $6,000 apart. As I sit there for 20 mins while they crunch numbers, the used car manager comes out and presents me with a deal at $14,000, and tries telling me that he bent over backwards to get there. It doesn't matter, I've told them at this point my budget was $10,000 and no one in the place had any respect. Everyone who works here is either scared shitless to talk to you or is a sleeze ball like the used car manager, trying to use his physical size as intimidation for sales. This dude is over weight, not fit, and wears a fancy man scarf, and a trench coat . No one fears this dude, I feel bad for him actually. After you escape the lot, the dealership calls you 3 times a day until you pick up and tell them to leave you alone. Scum bags, intimidating sales tactics, terrible deals, avoid entirely.
