Showed up at the shop for an appointment to have my car estimate written. First and foremost, I would have never chosen this facility. Geico said it had to be done here. I showed up about 10:55 and said I had an 11:00 appointment. The lady said, "your appointment was at 10:30, so you will have to reach with Geico." Somehow between Geico and myself the time was confused. However, this company decided to pass me off as if I didn't even matter to their bottom line. The complaint has been addressed with Geico. I will never return or recommend this company.
