This place is a joke. They take your insurance information and put it in wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! My insurance covers it in full, and I've been billed every time and had to call back to have it corrected. How hard is it to do that right? As well as a long wait time, and they barely do anything. If you have a cold or flu fine, but I recommend going to Walgreens clinic instead. Wayyyy cheaper, friendlier, quicker, and they can do just as much as Med Express. 100% recommend taking your business elsewhere. I know I will.
