We took our male 7 month old puppy here for a neuter. Everything went well as far as the neuter, which is why I gave it 3 stars. However, he came out with poop all over him. He's definitely potty trained. I'm guessing they never took him out, and he pooped in his kennel they kept him in. Then he stepped in/laid in his poop.
Before we could bring him in our house we had to scrub all the dried up poop off him. Not fun, especially since he just had surgery.
