What a mess. I'm disappointed I cannot return here. I signed up for automatic payments and enjoyed my yoga classes with Leah for months. I continued my classes throughout my pregnancy, however in the end of this August I developed a fibroid that inhibited me from both work and strenuous exercise. I called 8/27/16 to cancel my membership planning to sign back up after the baby and the ok from my doctor. This phone call is where everything went downhill. I was told to come in to sign a cancellation paper, which I understand and I was on my way home and able to stop in about 10 minutes after I hung up the phone. I was in that same day and signed the paper. Mid September my account was charged by the gym. I called the gym twice a day for 4 DAYS STRAIGHT. Each call I was told a different story, "we will call you back at 11, we will call you back at 4:30, our manager is doing a personal training session, we have your cancellation paper but I'm having problems with our computer, we have misplaced your paper, our manager keeps some papers at home and some here we have to wait for him to find it." Not ONE phone call back. I was finally fed up and on my last call asked what time the manager would be coming in and that I will be there in person to meet him. That next morning the manager left a voicemail saying that they have the paper, cancelled my membership and refunding my account so everything was taken care of. I was relieved but it was shortly lived. A week goes by and still no credit to my account!!!!!! I then have to call AGAIN only to be told that the membership was cancelled but the payment was NEVER reversed. My account was FINALLY credited today 10/3/16. The whole cancellation process started in August was more than a nightmare and the worst part is I was really looking forward to coming back next year because Leah is an amazing instructor.
