I had seen a commercial on TV while I was visiting Cleveland & decided to check it out. I did the "gel" manicure (they used the OPI version on me). OMG what a horrible mess!!! It cost me like $36 and the polish was thick in places and thin in others. She couldn't get the sides without it leaking onto my skin. I seriously wanted to cry. When I checked out, I showed them my nails & they said I could come back the following day to have them re-done for free. Having gel removed from your nails is very harsh... But I reluctantly came back because they were THAT BAD. the girl who re-did them wasn't much better. I seriously wanted to take the polish from her & apply it myself. I get manis/pedis all the time & both girls I went to had NO CLUE how to apply polish correctly. I was very disappointed with this salon. Will NEVER go back.
