I have used this company twice while looking for a home. The first time I used them for the inspection but I was unable to purchase the home. The next home I had them inspect again since I enjoyed the personality of Robert and that he offered a discount for repeat customers. I ended up purchasing this home after the sellers fixed the things he recommended. Well, after moving in and being there for 4 days, I found out somehow a 6' tall x 2' wide (yes, FEET) beehive/honeycomb with hundreds of bees in my attic was missed in the inspection. I contacted the management (Ken) to hold them responsible and he actually told me this is my fault for not getting a pest inspection. Why would I need to rely on another professional to show me something in plain sight? Why do I spend hard earned money on a HOME INSPECTION if you aren't going to INSPECT my home??? How hard is it to go in the attic? Why even bring a ladder? Wasn't even offered a refund. Why should they care if they already have my money? Don't waste your time/money, there are dozens of other inspection companies to use.
