The number one thing these guys have going for them is selection.
I've been to many tile retailers over the years, and the availability of different types and varieties of tile here is pretty astounding.
That said, service is not satisfactory. It was difficult to get anyone's attention, and was almost as if they were doing you a favor by helping you out. It was pretty busy as well, so under-staffed is also an appropriate descriptor here.
However if you're out looking for ideas, this would be a good place to do some window-shopping.
