Absolutely worthless, I'm trying to change over from cox and so far I'm not sure if I should. This company has been the worst company to deal ever so far. First they didn't properly enter my work order, then they have all my info incorrect including services I asked for. I then call to find out and if I wouldn't have they wouldn't have called me. Then they didn't come on promised day to install then escalation manager promised he would call me back and didn't. Then weekend went by and now is 5 days later and no installation. There support doesn't work and there where's my tech doesn't work. When you call them for support they ask you a million times your contact info and addresses. For a huge company they can't get anything right and very disappointed with them. After reading all other reviews I'm not the first and probably not the last. Very sad. Where is management to fix these problems? No satisfaction and no compensation.
