This Starbucks is a regular stop for me either in the morning before work or during the middle of the day when I need a coffee run. The baristas are quick and efficient and super friendly. Why three stars? Unfortunately, homeless people frequent the shop, crowd the entry way and smoke outside the entrance. It's not a pleasing way to be greeted upon entering the establishment. However, I'll be back again and again, because it's Starbucks, and seriously, can you find a better flat white anywhere??
