Not the experience I wish I had to write about, but have to make potential customers aware of the terrible customer service and to make sure they select the right barber here. Right before I was about to get my haircut from hell, I saw a lady ask for someone else to fix her sons fade. The bald manager sat there talking mad smack to for EVERYONE to hear when she did that. I didn't think nothing of it and said to myself I will look past that since it's only my second time here. The barber who cut my hair messed up rather fierce on the fade. It is kind of dark in the corner of this place so I couldn't tell until I got home. I thought I'd let them try and redeem themselves so I went in the next day to have the same guy try and fix it. The barber that messed it up was willing and fixed it so I will give this place one star for that. However, the fact that I spoke up and came back in to get it fixed seemed to have irked the tall bald alpha male manager. As with the lady who got chewed out, this guy could not shut his mouth about how I came in and had the audacity to call them out on a bad haircut while I was sitting there. He spent the whole time trying to intimidate me by talking smack to all his spineless cronies. One of these days he's going to piss off the wrong person and I doubt it will be pretty. This place is terrible. Go to Franks or go to Olgas on Baseline in this area. You don't need the drama.
