I've been to this buffet a couple times because it was easy when I was staying in the Flamingo but I do not imagine that I will go back. They recently decreased their hours to mornings and weekend nights.
The food is okay but sometimes looks like it has been sitting their awhile. We went their on christmas and all the desserts were missing and the ice cream machines were broken. There was also a huge line waiting for meat causing you to wait 30 minutes to get your food. The staff didnt really seem like they were working together to improve the situation. If they were a little more organized trying to come to a solution to make the process more efficient, maybe the buffet would be better...
