You can live here if you don't mind getting emails about new resident "rules" bi-weekly that benefit the apartment...not the residents... Don't let the view fool you! After moving in youll be "reminded" any more than 4 people using the club room requires paying for the room as this is considered a "gathering" like if the crazy rent is not enough to let you enjoy the amenities. There's no way to allow visitors into the gate remotely. Also, be ready to surrender your deposit and then some when you move out. When I challenged carpet fees the manager Liz said "they check with a UV light" and the EXTRA fees were according to that.
