Terrible experience. They got me to fill out an online application, pulled my wife and my credit (which are good) and never followed up. Left a message and an email, but still no reply. Given that we try to limit how many credit inquiries hit our file so as to not negatively impact our credit, don't appreciate the non-follow up after doing a credit pull. So unprofessional! Recommend avoiding this place.
