This dentist office is a joke. They are defiantly in it for the money and are in and out with little care for their patients. My poor 8 year old had to have a tooth pulled and during the procedure she whimpered and cried the whole time. They were very unorganized and I'm not sure the hygienist or assistant knew what she was doing. I should have went with my gut and ran out of there before they touched my daughter. When the tooth was pulled, they left 1 of the roots and after about 15 minutes of attempting to get it, I asked them to stop. She said she was able to feel the procedure and was traumatized by what happened. I paid and left. I took her to her primary dentist the following Monday where they had to go back in and remove the remainder of the tooth that was left behind. There she did not feel the pain and was numbed correctly. I ended up paying a second time for it being done properly by Dental Depot. I know Saturdays are convenient but I recommend waiting and getting into another office.
