Customer service???? Awful!!! When we arrived we waited 8 minutes for an elevator! I guess all were broken but one. Then we went to our room where the AC was broken and the room was like a sauna. I called it in and asked for a new room. They said they would have someone there in 20 minutes and they would fix it. Every minutes was painful to wait with 3 children. After 30 minutes I called back down and asked what was going on and the girls a few more minutes. I went into the hall and made an engineer come in and work on the room. Yes, I did interrupt him but my family was dying of heat. This is July in Vegas, we need air! He worked on it for about 30 min an d the air started to work. But the room did not get cold until about 3:30am. We all slept with a wet towel over us. When I called the front again around 10pm to let them know of the heat and see if we could move I was told no and if I wanted the engineer to come back. No, I wanted air for myself and kids!
The next day I spoke to the manager where he told me there was nothing else he could do, only give me a $50 food credit.
I went to the pool to try to save my mini vacation only to be greeted by the most difficult time ordering food and again bad customer service! It took 30 minutes to order food and then 30 minutes to get it. I asked to have it delivered to the room. She told he she couldn't there was no room service at the hotel at this moment. What??? Then the price of the food was wrong. I was over charged. She was upset with me and told me she couldn't change the price. She told me she needed to call a manager. When she called manager she said she couldn't come because she was running the gift shop and could not get away. Just to give me a smoothie. So she offered me a smoothie I didn't want. I felt forced but I told I still wanted my bill adjusted. She kinda chuckled.
I went back to my room after that on the extremely slow elevators!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I had a Groupon and it was not worth it! Not even worth it with the discount!!
