The first time I went here it was after a camping trip and I still had my bike racks connected to the back of the Subaru (a no-no). You can't go through the wash with racks on. One of the gentleman that worked there offered to help me remove the rack and totally went out of his way to go to his car and grab a wrench out of his toolbox. This type of above and beyond customer service is what keeps me coming back. Tip the staff!!
I also think I met the owner one day working and wether it was him or not the guy who I talked to was a riot, had me cackling:)
Now go clean out that dirty car!
