I could not be more pleased with everyone at Culligan from the office staff to the technicians who have come out to our house. We had some issues with the taste of the water after getting replacement filters and it took three times for them to come out and try to fix it. Each time I called the office was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They sent technicians out three different times and the problem was resolved. The water tastes absolutely delicious now. We have been a customer since 2012 and it turned out the tank just needed to be replaced. They did not charge us for coming out so many times and replacing what needed to be replaced. They have not only excellent customer service but an excellent filtration system as well. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
