The boutique and staff are nice enough. They have neat products and sales on merchandise.
My favorite feature is that they offer to have your pet not placed in the kennel, for a fee. We brought our Shih-Tzu here right after she was rescued from The Animal Foundation. We thought it too cruel to place her in the kennel after her ordeal of being abandoned. She greatly appreciated not being placed in the kennel on her trips here.
We stopped coming here after we got our little girl back with the "bib" we specified we wanted cut completely off was not cut and she was full of perfume. We specified "no perfume". My girlfriend has terrible allergies. When my girlfriend mentioned these two disappointments to the manager as she rang her up the manager (at that time), said "Oh well." My girlfriend was so angry. We are never going back there again; not for the gourmet treats, dog food or clothes we used to purchase there.
We have another girlfriend who says that manager is not there any more. This girlfriend goes for all the cute clothes and other products they have.
