This place gives you the run around. Makes all kinds of promises, but comes up short on the delivery. I have went here for service for my Genesis. Whoever, says Greg is great, is totally wrong! He has screwed up on parts orders and didn't contact me when it came it and then said "someone else musta ordered the wrong part" for his lame excuse. I have also had scheduling issues with Greg making promises that I would be in and out quick. If you complain to management, nothing happens. Plus no professional people when calling the service department. Sicking of hearing, "What's up Bud?" Don't go here....
