On several occasions they have not shown up for appointments which they confirmed in advance via a text message. I've called and talked to supervisors about this problem and have rescheduled to give them a chance, but the issues keeps repeating. They schedule for the next day and then do not show - nor do they even call to say they can't keep the appointment. We have used their service for 2 years and a different tech shows up almost every time that is not familiar with our property or issues. I'm tired of arranging my schedule and then having to call them to hear more excuses and promises. I would have been a bit more patient if i had even received a courtesy call. Definitely not worth the aggravation!
