I went to this store since it is very close to my job to use my coupon I get on shopular where you spend 10$ and receive a item up to 14$ in value, and when I showed it to the lady at the register she didn't say anything to me but showed it to her coworker who then told me I was not allowed to use that and was extremely rude. I tried telling both of them I have used coupons from shopular for bath and body works for a few years including that coupon and the lady's ignored me and basically called me lier telling me I was wrong they have never excepted it.Then another employee jumped in as I was talking to the other 2 girls, cut me off and told me that NO bath and body works has ever used those coupons it didn't matter what I said. Now not only was I in shock they were giving me such a problem with something I not only have used tons of times but have given my mother and coworkers to use who never had any issues but was also extremely irritated and offended that I was being called a lier in front of a store full of people! I can sadly say I will never go back to this store and if I didn't love bbw so much I probably wouldn't shop there either!! The only reason why I gave them 1star is because of the product they sell is great!
