We liked the quality of the cleaning but when we misplaced our ticket and the employee couldn't find the shop copy, they refused to look in the back for our giant down comforter. When my husband came back with me the employee reluctantly looked in the back and found our comforter with our ticket attached in a matter of seconds. There was not even a slight apology for the trouble or acknowledgment of the mistake despite us being polite and patient the entire time. We will not be returning.
