This is the second Time I have stayed at this location within a couple of weeks. I happen to conduct business very nearby sometimes while in the Toronto area and this is the main reason I choose to stay here. Now I also choose to stay in very luxurious and expensive hotels while on vacate with my wife or traveling elsewhere while working. But for what I need, this place has it all: clean room, polite and efficient staff, great free wifi access, fridge in the room and free coffee in the lobby every morning. The only minor drawbacks I would note are that it's not totally quiet, the building is mainly wood construction so I can here people walking around above. Also the hallway can be a little noisy as one can hear everything that goes on out there. Also, I would add that most of the room are adjoining with doors inside and those allow for a lot of noise bleed between rooms. The only really MAJOR drawback is that this location, incredibly, STILL ALLOWS IN-ROOM SMOKING ON SOME OF THE THIRD FLOOR ROOMS!! Mostly at the far end. This can be a major issue as I had to move rooms this week due to cigarette smoke smell coming in through the heating ducts. So if you stay, be sure to get a room closer to the lobby end. Otherwise I highly recommend this location if all you are looking for is inexpensive reasonable lodging.
