Worst phone service ever, and by that I mean "trained to never answer". Website is complete trash also, as it currently has so many bugs that no appointments can be made whatsoever. I'm sure they haven't a care in the world, as they know that they can do whatever they like, but everything about the phone and online service are completely unacceptable in all manners of the term. Fuck You USPS.
