The menu here has so many selections that I don't know where to start. Besides the menu, they post specials on the wall written in marker on printer paper; sometimes its difficult to see all their specials while you're seated, so you have to get up and move around. Weird, I know.
I've been here twice and let me say, I am giving this place 4 stars for creativity and authenticity. You really can't find this kind of Japanese food, and if you do, its rare. My favorites out of everything I've tried would be the shabu salad, uni in ponzu sauce, and yellowtail tartar. Everything else was good, but it didn't stand out to me.
I would love to come back to try their other dishes and specials. BTW this restaurant is open until really late, which is a bonus for a late-night snack.
