I lived at the San Tropez Apartments from 4/15/2015 until 10/15/2015.
The complaints about the noise are false, it's a rather peaceful professional community.
The unit itself is spacious, I received many compliments from friends about the size and comfort.
The location is 5*, a very short taxi or UBER to old town, or Tempe.
The pool is 5* as well, spacious and they always have a good mix of music playing.
Staff is friendly, attentive and responds promptly to any requests.
Tip: 3rd floor is the best.
Request a unit at the back of the complex for extra privacy as it borders the green belt / golf course.
Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a crowd of young professionals (my neighbor was a Doctor).
