Thank you Raymond (tow truck driver) from the Peoria AZ location. I appreciate you LITERALLY leaving my wife and kids on THE SIDE OF THE ROAD!!!!!!! You are the EPITOME of whats wrong with customer service today!!!!!! The Call Center...FAILED, RAYMOND (towing) FAILED, and lastly DISPATCH FAILED last night!!! Not one of the 3 safety nets found a problem with Raymond LYING and abusing the AAA Policy last night!!!! THANK YOU, I will now CANCEL my family's recently RENEWED policy.... and go to company X for the savings.... I know the service won't be great but then again NEITHER is AAA's!
