I used Advanpro for a duct cleaning, I do not recommend them. I called their office, left a voice mail requesting a refund and they never returned my call. So I'm posting to warn others. Advanpro techs that showed up assumed I knew nothing about HVAC and tried to take advantage of me. Advanpro took the humidifier screen out, taped their suction hose to this and attempted to charge me for adding a bypass, even though they never used the bypass that was already cut in. Advanpro did not spend a few minutes to remove the blower fan and they did not seal the furnace back up to get suction on the return ducts. I was charged for cleaning of all vents, return and supply, but there was not enough suction if any on the return ducts to properly clean them. I will have to hire another company to clean the ducts properly. When ducts are cleaned properly you do not have burning dust smells from the insufficient cleaning. When duct claning is performed properly there is no dust left on the burner. I believe Advanpro goes for the quick buck, cutting corners and does not care about repeat business.
